A trio of young artists from Aureus Primary School will have their work on show at the world-famous Ashmolean museum, in the city of Oxford, this weekend.
The event not only showcases outstanding work by young people at school in the county of Oxfordshire, it also raises money for a leading cancer charity.
Young Art Oxford organises the exhibition each year and pieces by our three pupils were chosen to be part of the exhibition which runs until Sunday, May 4. The work by the Key Stage 1 pupils Ava-Lucia, Dhaksha and Isabelle will be on show in the Randolph Sculpture Gallery and are also available to buy via donation.
This year’s competition theme is Home and Young Art Oxford is raising money for Cancer Research UK Kids and Teens, from the exhibition.
We are absolutely thrilled that three of our children will have their art on display as part of this exhibition at such an amazing venue. We hope their work helps to raise a great total for the charity.
