Platinum Jubilee Flyover

On Thursday 26^th May, Aureus Primary School had a fantastic afternoon celebrating the Queen's Platinum Jubilee which culminated in a flyover from RAF Benson. A team from the base swooped down over a number of local primaries and took a fantastic shot of the whole school in formation on the school playground. The children were especially excited to see a member of the team waving from the side of the helicopter and a few children even wondered if the photos might be passed on to the Queen herself!
